We are open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily for tours and tasting. For tasting we charge a nominal fee. Public tours are scheduled at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Reservations are encouraged.

Tours are free to the public and reservations are not required, but weekend tours tend to be more crowded, especially in the afternoon.
